Terms

We will work with each client with respect to their terms of business. We pride ourselves in doing business on a hand shake. It is a continued practice to this day. Tell us the terms that you need and we will make the best arrangements possible for you. We will be as flexible as we need to be.
We do accept major credit cards, checks and PO’s. We also have active DUNS and CAGE Code numbers if needed.
Cancelation Policy
Our cancelation policy is three days prior to class. If you need to reschedule a class please let us know as soon as you can. If it is within three days we do require payment but will keep a credit for you to reschedule the class at no additional charge.
Retakes and Support After Class
If you feel you need to retake a class just let us know. If there is a seat available we have no problems with you sitting in a class as a refresher. This is for as long as we offer that particular class. Just bring your courseware and come on in!
Support after class includes help desk support. This is to get you over the “hump” that may slow you down during work. Email us at helpdesk@sunteleo.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. If our instructors are available sooner you will hear from us sooner. Our instructors are available for consulting for a fee if this option is needed.
